We understand the transition into a new role and career path can be tricky and complicated. We seek to alleviate those pains by providing a training program through a structured career path. Starting as a Quality Assurance Representative I allows new employees to gain an understanding of the construction industry as well as our internal processes and procedures. The Construction Manager I is a hands-on training position that prepares an individual for Construction Manager II responsibilities. These responsibilities include daily coordination of all onsite activities of the construction schedule, supervising all field personnel and to successfully complete homes on schedule and within budget. Once these skills are mastered there are continued opportunities for enrichment and growth within the Construction Department and organization.
