OFFICIAL RULES – 2026 HOMES BY WESTBAY “OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHT” GIVEAWAY

YOU MAY OPT OUT OF RECEIVING MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AT ANY TIME BY USING THE UNSUBSCRIBE LINK. MUST BE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE ON THE DATE OF ENTRY.

DATES OF GIVEAWAY:

The “2026 Homes by WestBay Outdoor Movie Night Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 9/9/26 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 10/31/2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).

ELIGIBILITY:

The Giveaway is open to legal United States residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Homes by WestBay (the “Sponsor”), its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, consultants, and agents, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person, as well as any others engaged in the development, production, execution, or distribution of this Giveaway (collectively, the “Giveaway Entities”), are not eligible to participate.

The Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void outside Florida or where restricted or prohibited by law. By entering, Entrants unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Giveaway Entities, which shall be binding in all respects.

TO ENTER:

During the Giveaway Period, visit a participating Homes by WestBay sales center in person and complete the official entry form provided by a sales consultant. Entrant must provide their full name, mailing address, city, state, zip code, mobile phone number, and valid email address to complete entry.

Participating sales center(s): Pasadena Woods, Pasadena Ridge, Barrington Preserve, Crestwood Estates, City Homes, Hawk Longleaf, Caldera, Two Rivers, Waterset, Triple Creek, Creek Ridge Preserve, Mirada, Crosswind Point, Crosswind Ranch, Hawkstone, North River Ranch, Star Farms at Lakewood Ranch, Oakfield, Everly at Wellen Park, Westlake at Wellen Park, Longleaf at Grand Park.

Limit of one (1) entry per person, per household, during the Giveaway Period. Duplicate entries from the same person or household will be void.

As part of the Giveaway entry process, Entrants will be required to indicate that they have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Official Rules.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

PRIZE:

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive an “Outdoor Movie Night” package consisting of one (1) portable outdoor projector and screen, one (1) Sonos outdoor speaker pair, one (1) West Elm fire pit table, and one (1) West Elm gift card in an amount sufficient to bring the total package value to the Approximate Retail Value below.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5,000.

Winner is responsible for all delivery/installation arrangements not specifically listed as part of the prize, and for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. No cash alternative or substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

WINNER SELECTION & ODDS:

On or about 11/2/2026, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM:

The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by Sponsor within three (3) business days of the drawing via email or phone using the contact information provided at entry. Winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within five (5) business days of being contacted. If the winner cannot be reached or does not confirm acceptance within the time frame, another winner may be selected at random from eligible entries.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or engaging in disruptive or unsportsmanlike conduct. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law and will result in disqualification.

RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION:

By participating, Entrants agree to release and indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from and against all losses, claims, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' and other advisors' fees), liabilities, concessions, or judgments or amounts that are paid in settlement of or in connection with any claim, action, suit, proceeding, or investigation based in whole or in part on or arising in whole or in part out of participation in the Giveaway or prize acceptance. Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions or errors that may occur in connection with the Giveaway.

DISPUTES:

All disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively by arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive or consequential damages.
