“What an experience! We can't say enough about the people we have worked over the past several months. From the beginning Genean has been with us helping us decide on all the details of our dream home. She never put any pressure on us, always made us feel comfortable and laid out all of the details for us to make the best decisions. She didn't help us build a house, she helped our family build a home. Our design experience was phenomenal with Tricia, she helped us every step of the way and stayed extra late with us the day of our design appointment to make sure we have thought of every little detail. Watching the home be built was so much fun. I know I can go overboard on some of the details but Steve never showed any frustration, he got the job done. Every question we had he answered. He went above and beyond on all of our requests. Next, we just had our first 30 day meeting with Dan and he was exceptional. I had a small warranty request and the electrician was here the next day! Now that is service. Finally, in the end it all comes down to the quality of the house. We looked at other builders and homes in the greater Tampa area. They just don't compare. It isn't even close. You get a different feel when in a WestBay community versus others. I would 100% recommend building thru WestBay and definitely would consider doing so again in the future.”
