This doesn't end with your closing. We strive to deliver every Home by WestBay with no unfinished construction items. You can expect that your home will be 100% complete at closing. After you've lived in your house for 30 days, you may find there are minor things that need attention. No problem. We'll be there. After you've lived in your house for a year, we'll be back to do another scheduled meeting at your home to make sure that remaining maintenance questions are covered and any other issues that you might have are addressed. Our final scheduled visit will be 23 months after you close. Aside from normal wear and owner maintenance responsibilities, we're there for you during our industry leading non-transferable two year performance guarantee period.
